Removing Obstacles to Unlock New Possibilities
An existing column sat in the middle of Spartan’s future conference room, limiting functionality and sightlines. To solve this, our team excavated 50 inches below the finished floor to reach stable soil, installed new footers, and set two new columns with an I-Beam. This bold structural move eliminated the obstruction and created a seamless, open conference environment.
