Construction
This project involved transforming an underused maintenance and storage area into two fully functioning Men’s and Women’s restrooms. The church needed a solution that added value to their facility while preserving a portion of the area for continued storage and utility access. With no existing plumbing or restroom infrastructure, this renovation required strategic planning, engineering integration, and precise construction execution.

Integrated Delivery
Driving the Solution
InDecca led the project from documentation to execution, managing all design and construction under one team. Our approach included:
• Construction documents, utility planning, and phased scheduling
• New plumbing, ventilation upgrades, and electrical rerouting
• Spray insulation, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and tile installations
• Custom mechanical-access cabinetry built for durability and discretion
• Elevated finishes like oak doors, ceramic tile, and solid-surface countertops

Space Reconfiguration
Unlocking an Underutilized Area
The original space lacked the systems needed for occupancy, requiring a complete change of use. Challenges included:
• No plumbing supply or drainage systems
• Need for concrete saw-cutting/trenching to install underground utilities
• Relocation of a 200-amp electrical panel to support new loads
• Maintaining church operations safely and without interruption
Dust protection, sequencing, and safety standards were critical to delivering the work in an active facility.

Modern Capability
Restrooms Built to Perform
The finished restrooms provide modern comfort with lasting durability, while a dedicated storage area remains fully operational and more accessible. With coordinated delivery, the church received a seamless renovation and a long-term asset.
• Impact Delivered

• Durable finishes suited for daily traffic
• Unified team reduced project risk and disruption
