The staff at St. Mary’s Elementary knew its gymnasium had untapped potential as a community space and a central hub for school activities. After being played in for decades, the gymnasium was in dire need of a complete refresh. The space was composed almost entirely of original materials dating back to the 1960’s when the school was built.

In partnership with St. Mary’s, we took the lead on designing a new look and feel to breathe new life into the gym. Now, it serves as a welcoming multi-purpose space for the families of St Mary’s Elementary and will support the community in Lancaster for years to come.
